TMG trackless mining equipment and engineering equipment offers you a warranty period of 1 year or 2000 working hours (which comes first) for your bought complete machines.The start date of the warranty period is the date that the machines arrive at your site.

​Our company provides customers with free vehicle training related to vehicle structure, operation, maintenance, etc., usually 3-5 days in China. If it needs to be carried out abroad at the request of the customer, the cost shall be borne by the customer.

When placing order of vehicle,we will help you to make out a consumables list to buy with whole vehicle together; for mostly used common spare parts, we always have regular stock so to service client in very first time.In addition, we provide customers with technical consultation services for accessories.

When buying our machines, we recommend purchasing our service package for vehicle commissioning, maintenance and overhaul, so that we can better carry out vehicle support services for you at your side.For details please don't hesitate to consult us.

After the vehicle arrives at the customer's site, we will guide the customer's on-site installation and commissioning. Under special circumstances, after the customer submits a formal application, our company will send experts to the customer's site for commissioning, and the cost will be calculated separately.

In addition to direct sales of equipment, we also have many ways to cooperate with you, such as equipment leasing, foreign technology transfer to help build factories, local production technology guidance, agency cooperation and so on.
